Compared to the RS/RZ RX7 FD3S 314x32 which would be good if they fit over the target wheels (fd stock or r32 gtst/gtr stock)

Nissan have:

R33 GTS-T RB25DET powered cars had 296x30 but 32mm will fit in it, nice.
R34 GTT RB25DET powered cars had 310x30, unsure about 32 fitting or not.
R32 GTR have 296x32

Any of the above suit me. The guy claims stock calipers are used up to 324mm modded.

Stageas got small crappy brakes, apparently.

Most of these Nissans use exactly 1 inch bore masters. Some a bit bigger, some a bit smaller. I bet mine is tiny compared to that. I wonder if the one I intend to use is big enough. Yes, it's 1" too:

If I can get a fresher and lower diameter booster, that'd be good, too. Apparently the booster is dual diaphragm. What that means in practical terms I have no idea. I could do with some more clearance to the intake, though. In future I want to add staged injection.

I'm lead to believe my FD came with a few sets of factory wheels, at least one of which will be making way for some 18x9.5's if it's FD wheels your after...

Of course, if I took them (for a fair price, of course, plus, I owe you a favour!) you can guarantee that I'd blow them up somehow within a few weeks LOL :-)

The set on TM has gone down to 270 no res 280 buy now. Good thing I have no money. Or I'd have bought half the country's supply of spares by now :-D

My 5-stud live axle rear setup has 285x18mm disks on it. This seems about right to go with the setup discussed above. In a pay packet or two I'll likely pick up the front calipers for it and then start figuring out how to do the rotors and so forth.

Long time no dribble!

Just before leaving NZ I thrashed my FD at Hampton Downs, consuming yet another set of brake discs, I did however manage to organise some upgrades before leaving, the previously mentioned S6 SP, S7/S8 Type R, RS, RZ, Spirit R 'BIG' brake callipers, at a glance they look Identical to the run of the mill S6/S7 item, however the mounts are approximately 10mm longer and the 2 halves are wider spaced. The pad retaining clips and wire springs are also different. The exciting part became apparent upon removing the scungy pads they came with, the 'BIG' callipers have a much larger trailing piston vs the small items where all 4 pistons are the same. The 314mm Discs are pretty hard to acquire anywhere other than a Mazda dealership, I have been sniffing through the DBA catalogue at discs ranging from 320mm to 330mm and will probably slot the mounting holes to suit.

Cabron! Those are the ones that I couldn't quite afford to buy yet :-p

Good to know the piston sizes are different, among other things! Thanks :-)

I wasn't planning to use the stock rotors as I also noted they're hard to find. I was planning R32 GTR rotors to fit under smaller more reasonable wheels :-)

Matt's old man was kind enough to take them apart, clean them, put them back together, and sell them to me for a slight mark up! Yay :-D
